This building would look SO much better with some greenery cascading down the horribly screened parking deck.
How about they do something to those big, ugly concrete columns as well? The parking screening will be unnoticeable to most people because of how you’ll interact with the building from the street and sidewalk. Those columns have a direct ascetic impact on pedestrian experience. But I do agree with you, its awful.
Some paint would help that! Currently, yes, they look unfinished
Even with the concrete columns, the less-than-perfect garage screening and construction mess still at the bottom, this looks 1000X better than what it did two years ago

Anyone have a picture tonight? I could definitely see it was lit up all the way from 440 but didn’t have time to go through downtown. Definitely a noticeable addition to the skyline though.

This would be an A+ building if not for the abysmal parking deck/screening. As it stands, I give it a B. A little better screening and the highest I’d give it would still be B+
