I think white lettering with pink lighting would have looked better, would be able to see it better during daytime hours…but I understand that is there company logo

is my eyes playing tricks on me or is the logo actually hanging suspended from the roof/crown?
I really like the logo and the mirrored glass, it’s no wonder why it took so long for them to finish the building.

That would be a departure for the brand - they’re all either in global-tier cities, major resort destinations, or cities that regularly host huge events - Nashville and Indy are the smallest American ones and they simply have another level of tourism (Nashville) or events (Indy) than the Triangle does.

rumor has it that they are not planning on building a hotel and residential scheme but instead it will be just one building, all residential.

I think they did announce that earlier this year that there would just be 1 building.

If they’re smart, that building will be taller than phase 1 to afford residents views beyond the Pendo tower.

Agreed, I’d love for it to have a similar design as the Pendo building though. Well minus the parking podium.
