I think if something of height and tasteful design goes into the 401 Hillsborough block (Roast Grill, Ugly Monkey, etc.) next to it then the views coming down into DTR via Hillsborough Street will up there with southbound on Capital Blvd. near Smoky Hollow. You’d have this, 400H, Pendo, new Kimpton, and whatever is phase 2 of the Pendo/Fallon thing all right there around each other. All leading right towards the state capital building too.

What floors are we seeing right now
Looks like 10. At least to me it does.
Next weekend once they complete 5 more it will be at the 10th floor

oooo that’s a new angle we haven’t seen, from the Bloc 83 Tower 2 I presume. This thing is going to have some SERIOUS impact, given that it still has 8-9 more stories to go!!

Yeah it really does make a difference! It really adds to the view from the Boylan Street bridge as well, although I don’t have a pic from that angle.
