Someone with more creativity than I have will come up with good nicknames for these two shimmery/glassy-looking towers when 400H is all done. I remember being in London and they have all sorts of funny and quirky names for their skyscrapers.

Maybe they were doing that weird thing where they say 15th floor and literally mean the floor of the 15th story, i.e. 14 stories tall? That’s a pet peeve of mine. Or maybe they’re just wrong. LOL

I think after counting the slabs, (and adding one for the bottom floor 
) I got 15.
So yes. Literally the 15th floor.

Ah, the infamous Euro vs Amer floor numbering difference. Is the ground floor 1 or 0?
