That’s the Google building, I think? Hopefully if (when?) Google grows out of the Durham ID building, they decide to build downtown instead of in RTP like Apple, Microsoft and all the other tech and biotech companies.

I looked into all 3 retail spots and i don’t think Press Coffee is under construction. Yet or if all.

I’ve already been inside. Have a couple of friends that leased there. I think this is for the offices. The residential’s current lounge is a bit different, unless they did additional work. They’ve got a pool table, and a kitchen space. Looking forward to the pool area this summer

I really like this building. Tho I find the finish of that gray sky deck to be kinda ugly. Wish they could have found a way to just continue the glass.

I think they just walk around and move piles of dirt or construction materials. I have yet to see any real work or progress in months. Correction…years.
