My favorite part about our appearance commission is the sidewalk requirements with trees. I think it differentiates us from similar sized cities.

It will be interesting how the leasing of the commercial office space is going? No new office building downtown will start until this one is more than 50% leased. IMHO. Only residential with first floor retail for a while.
