Honestly did not expect this project to break ground this year and yet surprised us not only for the ground breaking but the speed of construction. This is very un-Raleigh-like.

i really hope there will be a rooftop bar/lounge. does anyone know if that is in the plans?
It’s the hotel rushing it because they want money coming in sooner than later sense they are currently losing more than they expected. That’s my guess.
Just about complete with 6 floors. Floor 7 is the interesting one, tho, with rooftop bar stuff, etc.
