Side note - when I moved to Lubbock, I was told by the department sect that Lubbock had it’s own 6th Street, of Austin fame. We were damn excited, till we saw it was 2 restaurants and a bar on one block. Lol, nice to have, but not 6th St.
That’s hilarious. I’ve been to Lubbock for a football game and it’s definitely NOT Austin.
That said, Glenwood is feeling a lot more like 6th Street these days IMO.
