The 5 over 1 apartments have been getting a lot of hate lately, so I wanted to see which ones people liked and hated them most! Starting a thread to do version of March Madness with the new (last 20 years) ITB apartments that have parking decks and are made out of wood. There were a couple steel and concrete apartments and apartments surrounded by street parking, but I am not including those.

Are we basing just off looks or can we factor location / where we’d choose to live?

I would vote for characteristics instead of location. Having good retail could be part of the characteristics though. This is more to see why people like one apartment more than another outside of one having a better location.

Because I ended up with an uneven number or apartments the L apartments got a bi for the first round. They will get in on the action next round.
The L apartments
Could add Hue apartments. I’m already calling Berkshire to go all the way partially due to the arches.
Agreed; I think it’ll come down to Berkshire vs. The Dillon.
We’ve already covered that Hue isn’t 5 over 1 construction in another thread.
For any doubters, it’s actually stated on the front page of their website.
The Hue, the Devon, and Peace Raleigh apartments are not taking part because they are not stick built.
Oh nice. I did not realize this.
Couldn’t we put the The L in competition of The Line @ Smoky Hollow?
