It was only a matter of time. It’s a great, nostalgic spot but looking around it, the writing was on the wall. Maybe they can repurpose the original sign and find somewhere in the general area where they can rent and still make the same great Hamburger Steak Jrs!

Finally had brunch at First Watch today (the Lake Boone Trail location is closer to us). Nice to see how many people were there and at 321 Coffee. Almost makes you think all the empty retail there could do well if only someone would recruit businesses…
Stopped by Incendiary Brewing’s future home to check out the progress. Covered up while they paint the rest of the interior, but there’s a pretty cool mural inside you can mostly make out anyways.
