I like it. Obviously parking deck blah blah blah. This is gonna be I think the 3rd new L-shaped building built on top of a rectangular base. 400H and the 320 W. South St apartments being the others. I like that too.
And I’m also gonna enjoy watching the people on the Boylan Heights Facebook group absolutely lose their minds.

Look at this shadow going onto Wye Hill! All of their plants will die! The beer won’t be able to be produced anymore! The Instagram photos won’t pop as much! This is unacceptable!

This is actually quite nice for a 20 story. Lots of texture and more interesting shape overall when you compare it to something like 400 hillsborough. The ground floor view also looks super upscale and park avenue esk

Yep finally these developers must be lurking our site and reading about our high expectations. It’s Another reason why were the most influential site in downtown Raleigh development. Just a little disclaimer I wrote and essay on Swales and included you guys in the example.
