Once the new Civic Tower is built, that opens up a couple of sites around downtown:
Exchange Plaza (129,360 sq ft) is a larger building than PBS NC currently uses (76,000 sq ft), and it’s on Fayetteville Street.
Of course, that begs the question of what happens to the ~108 acres that PBS NC (really, the state) currently has in RTP, right off I-885 at Alexander. I heard a different state-backed entity was shopping for 100 acres around there…
