“When completed in 2028, the convention center expansion” … does anyone in this group really believe they’re going to deliver the convention center expansion in 2 years? I think they meant 2038, if Raleigh development history is anything to go by 
EDIT: ok I made it past the convention center and they also include “Union West” - the development that was supposed to be built on the new RUSbus depot, and the Midtown Exchange project. Neither of which we’ve seen even a PEEP about in a year or more. I think this list is mostly speculative at best, BS at worst hahahaha

Yeah, I had to laugh at that one too. It’s more realistic to say that the expansion starts in 2028! I’d be shocked if it were finished by 2030.
Also, they say that Wake is over 1.1M, while it’s now closer to 1.3M than it is to 1.2M.
