OMG, I love driving on Wade Ave! It’s one of the few roads that didn’t flatten the landscape and plow through like happened to Lynn Rd., Millbrook Rd., etc. when they were widened.
Wade Ave. allows you to feel the landscape of Raleigh: the rollie-pollie of it all. I especially love the S curve as you head east and after passing under Oberlin.
Leave it exactly like it is.
