And Tazā€™s is still open. Iā€™m sure thereā€™s intricacies with rent paid and other things.

When I was completing one of my daily walks, I walked by there the other day. It appeared that there was some sort of private security outside ā€œkeeping the peaceā€.

Was this in Italy my mom was in the country earlier this month.

Florence  I hope she had a great time.

My mom took the photo and sent it to me as soon as possible.

Did ya go to Massimo Botturaā€™s (Gucci) Osteria thereā€¦?

Florence only and Rome.

I did not. I have a small set of places I go to every trip, where they remember me, which is always a great feeling.

It would be a shame if the NC ABC board didnā€™t stock this in the birthplace of Krispy Kreme.

That doesnā€™t change the fact that ā€œupstateā€ and ā€œdownstateā€ donā€™t really exist. No one from Western NY/Niagara frontier would say they live in Upstate NY.

Iā€™ve heard plenty of people from the northern Hudson Valley / Albany area say they live in Upstate. I think itā€™s more that thereā€™s a third broader region around Buffalo called Western NY.

Thats fine but its essentially the same thing as saying I live in North Carolina. Upstate NY is 90% of the state and just refers to everywhere not in NYC/Long Island. Its a term used by people in the city and idiots in other regions who are lazy or donā€™t know any better.
