This is such a game changer for our city. I drive through here twice a day. It’s currently not a part of our city to be proud of to say the least.

Fantastic. Would be a game changer - reminds me very much of the Nashville Yards project which is surprisingly comparable in total sqft, hotel and residential units

We better get a new council in place then!! I counted more than 20 stories in some of the buildings in the picture and this isn’t CORE downtown.

This combined with the eventual S Saunders project (should it ever happen) will extend downtown nearly to 40 as I believe things will fill in quickly along the way. It is one hell of an aggressive timeline but just having this site up and ready shows that they have their ducks in a row.
Not a huge fan of Downtown South but I guess it beats calling it SoDoNeFo (South of downtown near Forty)… on second thought :thinking:
