I just checked their Instagram and according to their story post it was their soft opening. So it could be this week or next for the general public.

I was there. Really good and I believe just waiting on some last-minute permits. They had brisket, pulled pork, ribs, chicken, great sides, and several sandwich options.

As a Texan, that brisket looks strong. Not exactly sure that’d be my order at a place in NC with Swine in the name, but I would 1000% demolish that plate.

The to-go orders I took back to the house didn’t look as cool as the pics I’ve seen posted last two days, but it was all fantastic. I’ll be back to relax on the patio and enjoy a beer or three, I also need to try the brisket. But I definitely recommend it!
