Yes, it’s that one. They’ve been renovating the building and there’s a barricade next to it that says “Flex parking only.” Someone mentioned that Goodnight’s had considered the Kimbrell’s space on Fayetteville before settling on the VD. Could be an option for Legends?

I think Kimbrell’s would be a great space for micro shops especially given it’s open on both Salisbury and Fayetteville. There’s a challenge getting retailers in the large existing spaces on Fayetteville, but a large space divided up for 10-20 smaller retailers gives them a chance and activates the space and street(s).
