Just tell the president to ignore the homeless guy running after him screaming. It’s just part of being in a city

He just needs a ride!

“Debbie Holt is listing the property at 327 S. Wilmington St. for $2.874 million … The property is 4,724 square feet and includes seven parking places … in addition to selling the building, Holt is open to licensing the Clyde Cooper’s name to the new owners on Wilmington Street.”

I’ll never begrudge a landowner for cashing out, but, gee, it sure sounds like downtown can’t be doing that bad these days.

God, I’d love for someone to license the name and then blow them out of the water in food quality.

She just showed her whole ass with that revelation; it was never about the history for her, that is now clear as day. I also find that laughable… just who in their right mind would want to buy a name that is now associated with sub-par Q and online troll behavior, vs starting something new of their own.

When St. Louis is selling their biggest office building for $3.5mm, I think DTR is doing pretty alright in the grand scheme of things

If I needed to sell some property, I would not start that process by loudly complaining in the paper about how it is in a terrible spot to run a business.

This is starting to feel like an ex that stops in regularly to let you know how much you’ll miss them and how great they’ll be without you.

Have a nice life, lady.

she said open to it…i guess meaning if someone else wanted to take on the location, I assume with certain menu standards, but not committed to it, iow… how I read it.

Not my pictures. Apparently, nobody was hurt. Still seems like someone was going way too fast on Fayetteville Street.

Judging by the car, I would say they were trying to light the tires and lost control. That much damage to the subframe and the oil pan taking that much impact, that car is totaled.

Right in front of the courthouse- perfect! Just hop out of your totaled car, head on into the courthouse, and get your DUI. Very efficient of this idiot, if you ask me!

They just don’t build Dodge Chargers like they use to.

You’re right about that, they’re way better now. But that’s a Dodge Challenger, the SRT Hemi edition too.

The biggest variable for change? The idiots behind the wheel.
