Speaking of: it appears all the usual plant vendors are live and loaded with flowers at the NC State Farmers Market!!! I just picked up a pallet of flowers yesterday I’ll be planting this week.

Not as beautiful as a rose, but you don’t see windmill palm flowers everyday in Raleigh. All 3 of mine are in full bloom right now and the bees are loving it. Enjoy.

You’re tugging at my heartstrings now! I can talk about palms all day and you’re right, cold tolerant palms aren’t that common in that area. Down here in Key West we can grow so many exotic palms it’s amazing! Love seeing that inflorescence of yours!
