That’s sad. I’ve always enjoyed them. They have some of the best sourdough bread.
Ah, bummer, they’d been on my list for a long time to visit, but Yellow Dog and Layered always got my northside DTR bakery dollars.
Meaning phase 2 of Hoffman’s Seaboard Station project going to start soon after? What business is left in that property?
I’m sorry to hear that. I liked their food. We enjoyed a king cake from them a few weeks ago.
I went there once. It seemed ok. I didn’t like their false advertising of being a Night Kitchen but it wasn’t open at night.

@GucciLittlePig and I walked by this maybe a month ago and saw a giant dumpster out front. We thought that maybe these buildings were being prepped for demolition, but this is definitely better news. I’m glad Boulted Bread is getting a bigger space. I genuinely thought all of these buildings were actually abandoned and surely next in line for the wrecking ball.

well they own the building now (as oppose to them having to rent at their current location) so definitely no wrecking ball. also local business relocating to the next door warehouse as well.

My understanding is that they’re keeping the space on South Street (at least for now) and that this is more of a production facility to supply larger buyers around the region. This space will have an area for walk-up service.

I stand corrected. What I said in my prior post was what they said during a public hearing (I watched it) – BUT the insta post definitely says they’re moving
