I have a few friends who do vintage reselling, and business seems to be booming. There’s always some sort of market or pop up around town, so it’s nice to see a brick and mortar store of something that seems so popular.
I have stopped by and bought an oversized camouflage shirt for $12, not bad at all. They have some cool stuff, needs more but off to a great start. FANTASTIC layout and decor, really nice to have an actually cool shop downtown LMAO
Can anyone confirm that El Patron finally opened? https://www.elpatron323.com/en/tacoselpatron323
And folks, it’s Tuesday!
That neon has been up for months but nothing has happened other than that from what I can tell.
That sucks, always excited for more tacos in the area.
That seems to be a cursed location. Nothing ever seems to last.
ugly ass building/storefront
on a less-pedestrian friendly section of Blount (not enough shit around to encourage more foot traffic)
insane retail rental rates in downtown
Beside DGX and all that brings with it
What does DGX bring with it?
Not sure if there was official confirmation of @Boltman 's ahem scoop about Jeni’s Splendid Ice Cream before now.
DGX has drama everyday. Police are there at least once a day. Gathering place to buy inexpensive alcohol which ensures this behavior. Spills over to the bus stop at the corner in front of the ever failing restaurant location.
They have alcohol at dgx?! Lol asking for a friend
I’m guessing he means beer, maybe wine.
I honestly had no idea. I’ve never been in one, and I just assumed it was like a dollar store but in a downtown.
It’s more like a 7-11 but downtown. Nothing like a Dollar General.
Why would you go to a chain when Raleigh’s own Goodberry’s is right there?
I mean…it’s really good haha
