That’s cool and should do well there…
Omg. That is my favorite food truck in the area!!! AMAZING
Never had it. That’s good to hear!
Arrowhead Design/Build announced they’ve purchased the warehouse next to Boulted’s new location, around the corner from The Platform. It’ll house offices and their fabrication shop. Dupont Circle is going to look so different pretty soon!
This building used to house a mill works shop (Kegler’s) that I used to recreate the original moldings in my house. I had to have custom knives made but the guy lost them when he was kicked out of the building. We are putting up an addition and I need to have baseboards, crown, and casings made. Each knife was about 250 bucks. Next time, I will hold on to them myself.
Sweet news for early 2023 if you dig tacos (and smoked meats…)
New taco shop at Boxyard by Jake Wood and the LawrenceBBQ folx!
News from RaleighMag.
Jake’s the man, you know this is going to be good. Just wish I didn’t have to drive to RTP for this.
You can take the commuter rail.

Maybe whenever CityPlat gets off their asses and builds out that container yard on the corner of Glenwood and Peace, it’ll be perfect timing for Leroy’s 2.0…?
Speaking of CityPlat. They want the passionate people of Raleigh to vote for them for being the “best of commercial real estate” in Raleigh.
LMAO what the actual f***?! They literally just buy property and hold on to it. It’s almost worth following them just so I can tell them how ridiculous they are.
I didn’t see Highwoods on there. I think they’d be in the same category of squatters.
Nice to see some actual retail incoming!
Ooh a stationery store. How modern and edgy! Lol if they can make rent, then I’m happy to see them and wish them well.
Hey, Millennials and Gen Z love fancy stationery. Physical mail is a fun novelty for us
Trophy on Maywood was my go to post ride beer and food truck. Now that they are moving, has anyone heard anything on Riparian opening down the street? Last thing I found was a RaleighMag article saying they were opening mid July.
The other day during the Sip 'n Stroll I saw them forklifting equipment through a window.
This is excellent, that corner has been boring office space for the entire time I’ve lived in NC (14+ years), so this might finally be the proof that the shift to more street level retail is upon us!
