The buildings have almost fully turned to rubble now. A new view from Glenwood opened up of Smoky Hollow that we hopefully won’t have for long.

It’s either the dungeon for all the criminals on Glenwood South, or a buried water/utilities box.

It’s likely a water sand filter trap thing (storm water?). There are 2 under the Fairweather as well. I think it’s standard for commercial builds.
