I think that looks to be correct? Tho the plaza area looks significantly larger than this site plan.
I like that the residential lobby is on North, and leaves Glenwood for storefronts.
Maybe they are actually adding to the south end of the original Sullivan’s building? It does look way bigger than in the site plan.
Would love if we got more retail on that side
Well, one of the “Glenwood” retail spots is technically on the corner of both streets, and the one on the North St end of the parking deck looks like it will have its entry doors open to North St! So this is a win/win IMO.

My bet is that the crane is going up. I saw a post on IG from one of our local development/news pages that mentioned something about “the crane” just the other day. I’ll see if I can find it.

“If you’ve seen the cranes” - I didn’t see anything driving by (on Capital) yesterday, anyone able to get a closer look? Was the crane base delivered and set up with a smaller crane recently?
Any estimate on when piling will start?
The building isn’t even there yet and the shadows have arrived! 
They’re from the peace at west site. As soon as you re-zone, the shadows appear.
