Apparently a bunch of developers were in town yesterday. I can corroborate this per a that phase II is happening and sooner rather than later. I’m not sure why Fallon fired their Raleigh staff but glad to see the dev still happening.

This project is in full swing. No accelerated timelines but still planned.
