Officially topped out according to the developers. I don’t think there’s anything here we don’t already know:
They did technically top out at 20 stories, but there is a parapet wall disguised to look like another floor that is yet to go up. Also, complete in spring 2025? I feel like at the pace it’s been going, it could be ready by spring 2024. Lol
Yeah I don’t see this taking till Spring 2025, especially given that even 400H didn’t take 16 months for interior build out. Not to mention how much faster this project has moved overall compared to 400H.

Going strong on pouring parking garage foundations today. Didn’t get a picture up close since there’s several teams actively working on it.
I wonder how west union on progress
Are they building up a buffer? Will they bolt the deck to the building proper? Does a close cousins’ brother-in-law painting company need work?
Personally I was liking the purple better
