My legs look better than that, come on!
Iām guessing that amount is what is known as a deductible
@OakCityDylan doesnāt wear Mary Janes either. But Wig might be for cold weather since heās no longer used to cold NC nights.
I bet that they look amazing in pantyhose.
thanks to new enhanced video clips that were found on the security cam, Raleigh PD now have several āpersons of interestā in mind
Iām betting he canāt even find pantyhose. Women donāt even wear those uncomfortable damn things anymore. Wigs yes. Mary Janes maybe. But give up on the pantyhose. Soooo yesterday
Iām just here wondering how anyone could have even remotely taken my comment as anything other than a joke after @OakCityDylan bragged about his legs in the context of the thread. From now on, Iāll defer all of the jokes and sarcasm to @GucciLittlePig
lol i think i know who that is⦠a woman who rides the bus frequently wears a frizzy blonde wig, a long coat, and always has a bag with her. she never seems to be in a sane state of mind as she tends to talk to herself; a lotā¦
Maybe report to the police which bus sheās often on
nah i aināt no snitch
Um ok. Itās called being a responsible citizen. This person isnāt Robin Hood or someone smoking a joint on the sidewalk; they burned down someoneās business.
According to the Raleigh Police Department, officers arrested Eva Marie Torrellas, 59, and charged her with felony burning of an unoccupied commercial structure in connection to the fire at House of Art on East Hargett Street. A benefit concert is planned for the bar Tuesday night from 7 to 11 p.m. at the Pour House.
She was arrested at the bus station, and I wouldnāt be surprised if the police used your comment here as a valuable tip.
everyone give it up for cmoney! thanks man!
And snitch of the year award goes toā¦you guessed it - cmoney!
Looks like weāll get an update on Moore Square East at next weekās council meeting. Itās in a special work session. I donāt have time to read it yet but I did see that anticipated construction could be Jan 2026.
TLDR : Still up in the air. Nothing confirmed -
The Affordable housing portion of this (Southeast corner) COULD start early 2026, but still awaiting funds.
All of the other āplansā have contingencies which have shifted since first negotiated a few years back. The hotel (South portion, adjacent to City Market) might be possible, city will need to prop this up with a long land lease as the purchase cost has escalated per āhighest and best useā clause in sale of city property. Funny how the longer fallow properties sit without developmentt, they still increa$$$e. (*Wonder why parking lots donāt get built onā¦?)
The āEastā portion seems impossible to gain (tower) financing in the ācurrent marketā and negotiations with the rescue mission continue for a land swap (to better clean up the property outline / connectivity).
The whole project is now a 1 block wide 5 over 1.
