I got this information from a very reliable source. SR-98-2018 Nash Square Hotel Site will be a 38 story project. Not sure if this will be hotel or what!

I want this to be true! I donā€™t care what it is. That would be amazing in that location. Considering the N&O site is apparently never moving forward and the city hall building hasnā€™t done anything since it was announced years ago.

The last comment that they have to deal with for ASR approval has to do with the location of the generator. That was last October and they have not resubmitted the drawings as of yet.

Iā€™m assuming each floor will average out at 11.5-12ā€™ each. Meaning, the height will probably put in at 430ā€™ - 460ā€™ range without a crown most likely
