Highwoods in discussions to acquire 307 S. Dawson St, the location of the much anticipated âNash Square Apartmentsâ in Downtown Raleigh. Source say as soon as the CEO of Highwoods, Ted Klinck, saw the well graded lot he immediately reached out to make an offer on the property.
