Which items need to be approved before they can demo the Berkeley building?
This just in:
Highwoods in discussions to acquire 307 S. Dawson St, the location of the much anticipated âNash Square Apartmentsâ in Downtown Raleigh. Source say as soon as the CEO of Highwoods, Ted Klinck, saw the well graded lot he immediately reached out to make an offer on the property.

They had a public nuisance notice filed over the overgrown weeds last year theyâre probably just taking care of it now. Know this makes the empty lot look a lot worse.
