NC Education Campus

I walked by today and wow, that’s a lot of underground parking.

My hunch and nothing more… it’s mostly parking for the General Assembly :face_with_monocle:

the height of this really could vary based on which one of these is actually the first story.

From the same walk but with some light editing. I like how this one came out.

I guess my one silver lining, above all else, is that this will undoubtedly be wayyyyy taller than the building it’s replacing.

with what…more properly guided bureaucracy?” more vehicular commutes with state govt jobs from Wak Forest in to DT to enlighten who?

Here’s a few from the other day. I wasn’t working with the best light, but that’s okay, I know how y’all love shadows. I definitely got my money’s worth out of that Lightroom shadow slider bar.

See my question is are they counting that half concrete floor as the first or the first steel floor. Big height variation there if so.

Valid question for which I don’t have an answer.

What blows my mind is, they just renovated the building.. why didn’t they clean the outside! Luckily this NCEC building will block the view from the south looking north at least.

While taking this photo I overheard a woman say that the NC Education building would be the new tallest building in Raleigh. You heard it here first!
