If a beer is $6 with $5 of that profit, that’s just over 2900 beers to pour a month and that’s assuming the staff is volunteer, Duke is donating the power and all other expenses aren’t considered.

You’re living in 2016. Beers are 9 bucks for 14oz pints now + 3% card fee + 8% tax + 22/25/28% tip on top of the total, plus round up for charity.
