That’s a strange ad, at least to a very uneducated commercial real estate person (me). They supply kegs for up to 12 taps? And it says it’s renovated, but is it really?
Sounds like the original plan of Nickelpoint moving/taking over is no longer. At least that’s my (uneducated) assessment.
I think they want to brew beer. And I think they want to find a restaurateur to come in and run the retail side of things. That “partner” will get discounts on their beer
This is how yeast reminds me of how barley can jam.
Not like you can say sorry
Was brewing on a different story
This time I’m venting
For handing you a hop fermenting
And I’ve got grains! Got water!
Gonna find that perfect lager.
These five words in my head
Scream “are we having foam yet?”
Notice availability is post-dated to September 28, 2024. Think that means the partial buildout will be complete in less than two months so if they find a managing partner quick this place could be up and running soon.
“Perfect for cornhole, bocce courts, and even pickle ball”
May I ask why the F*** we can’t ever get a ping-pong bar instead, a la Fat Cats in NYC? Takes up WAY less space for even more tables, just put nets around each table like they do, charge by the half hour or the hour per paddle, and voila:
Back in college, I used to go to Fat Cat all the time. Love that part of nyc. Interestingly, it’s now called Cellar Dog but remains on Christopher Street in the West Village. A similar place would be a cool addition to the bar scene near N Person and E Peace Street in Raleigh.
