Can’t exactly tell if they’re starting on the 10th or 11th floor now, but damn it’s wild that this is only halfway up. With the completely hidden internal parking deck, this is gonna be one of our better looking 20 story buildings when completed!

I think that’s actually the 9th story they’re working on. The slope of the streets and the parking ramps from this angle make it look like more. But if taken from Hillsborough St I think it’s clearer to see. FWIW the 9th story should be the first one where it tapers back in. I wish I was downtown today to take a picture.

It looks like there working on the 11th floor now?? 
I went by there yesterday, they have the temporary elevator on the side facing State of Beer & have the floors numbered up to 7 but there are 2 additional floors above that so I’m thinking they are 9 now.

Streel level this thing definitely has a presence. My wife and I walked from Taverna Agora to Killjoy a couple Fridays back and it definitely is going to look tall among the existing buildings around it for sure.
