Oh I just say that because it feels like 40 years since they announced the project, so I’m just not getting my hopes up for any tangible evidence it’s being built until I see a damn crane in the sky
Have a feeling we will be waiting for next cycle for a lot of these to break ground. Whenever that may be.
I’m not too sure about that! Rainbows usually don’t break ground on a schedule, it seems like it has to be both raining and sunny for that to happen. So we’ll only need to wait for the next time that happens!
I’m in agreement. Furthermore, given the rather sporadic nature of rainbows, we could go weeks without seeing another one break ground.
I guess it’s possible to add
to any beautiful picture. Lovely pic, btw @Tenkai .
Look at that! We broke ground on 2 rainbows in the same week!
My d
d Matt, always snaps those tight waterlines…
They are going to just make it a strip center with surface lot parking because, you know, that would be cheaper than retaining the corners of the former warehouses.
As the next two likely to break ground, RUSbus and Legends are going to do great things for the Warehouse District skyline.
That angle REALLY shows how great the Civic Tower / Nexus lots would be in terms of bridging it with Fayetteville Street.
And don’t forget about the 20 story building going up now directly in front of the storage unit building. That will make the biggest impact from this angle.
The Justice Center ‘feels’ shorter than it’s real height.
The Platform looks massive from here.
It is pretty massive!
Some Canes themed wrapping going on at PNC Plaza.
(Credit to @GucciLittlePenguin for spotting this on our downtown travels today.)
Advance Auto Parts tower will be getting some wrapping as well (I think this week).
Saw it going up today as I was driving 440. Cool to see on PNC too. Looked like for the stadium series game.
Oh that’s really cool!
