It is 6 with a rooftop thingy, not really sure why they have it on a hill, looks kind of lame tbh. But it looks fairly high, maybe because it was high ceilings?

Interesting. A 120’ boom would be fine for this job, and has the capability of lifting steel beams, as well as a number of other materials. I wonder if it’s more to do with the footprint of the building why they went that route. The tower crane has the largest “reach” of any other type of crane commonly used. Other cranes though may be mobile, but moving them around can be pita.
