Mine was around 11:30 and I stood just to the right of the light pole in the pathway of your second pic.
Oh, I was there around 5:15 in the afternoon.
I see we were all taking shifts. I was down there between ~3pm yesterday.

Thought you all might like to check out a time-lapse of satellite imagery of Raleigh’s growth over the past ~35 years.
Edit: I’m not sure if the link is bringing you directly to Raleigh like it should (despite the URL containing Raleigh’s correct latitude and longitude), but it will take you there if you just type “Raleigh” in the search box.
