So, is access to that garage easy, or is it heavily controlled?
I couldn’t find an unlocked stairwell on the ground floor of the garage, but that doesn’t mean they don’t exist. I just didn’t know where to look. Ended up walking up the ramp to the second floor and then taking a stairwell from there. Rode the elevator back down from the roof and it dropped me off on the sidewalk on West St.

Clearly they don’t anticipate folks walking up a ramp for a car. One time I went to the top of the garage at 510 Glenwood and the cameras caught me. I was advised to leave from a speaker that was up there. All I was doing was taking photos.

Looks like at least 1-2 more floors to go? Can anyone confirm? Then the crown/parapet should add some additional height. Definitely adds a lot of density to this view, that’s a plus! Whatever ends up at 400H will only increase the density, and then when Smoky Hollow Phase 3 is built, it will drastically change everything about this shot!
EDIT: Also realizing the new 40story rezoning on Glenwood at the Creamery will add more density and height to the far right of this view!
