I have noted a lot of area where there are lot’s of excess and often confusing signs. Most often along city streets but also sometimes along major highways.

It’s been proven in Durham, that even when additional types of warning are installed, oversized vehicles will still find themselves stuck under a bridge like on Peace St.
I would suspect that this is the first and last time a Publix trailer will find itself stuck under that bridge. If it does happen again, it won’t just be the driver who will lose their job.

Weight issues where? …the new exit off of Capital to Johnson?
The Legends Club property has been sold. According to TBJ, there are no immediate plans for the property, but at some point in the future, redevelopment is the plan for the new owners.

I really appreciate the architect who designed this stairwell. Nothing particularly interesting about the deck on the surface, but it’s the little things I enjoy. I’m always enamored with the geometric cut outs when I visit this deck. On this past weekend night, I realized for the first time that if you circle the stairwell, it actually looks completely different from every side. (I failed to take pictures from each side, but it’s a mini geometric marvel in person. Go see for yourself.)
I didn’t get the best phone pics, but it’s…beautiful. 
I’m not generally a fan of parking decks but if we must have them, let this be an example of how the architecture can enhance the pedestrian experience. This is art.

Absolutely. If we get 121 Fay, RUSBus, SH4 or Zimmer, and the Calavera redevelopment built in the next 5 years, it will really start to visually feel like a spread out downtown

Hmmm. Your path to occupancy is similar to mine back in the spring. Airbnb to Airbnb. Gets rather old week after week. Even looks as if you may be staying in the same one Indid for my last week. That was an interesting Airbnb.

There’s two in this same complex. Very similar to each other. Both on the same floor. I think it’s a good value, certainly good location and yes, right down the street from you. And yes, beyond old at this point.
