The last plans for the Enterprise lot was a hotel. Not aware of any plans for the rest of the lot to the north.

I haven’t seen any activity on the Enterprise Lot (W Cabarrus/McDowell/Gale St) in a long time. An “Administrative Alternative” request just came through and has renderings and more. Unfortunate the DX-20-SH doesn’t look like it’ll get very well used. Link to the PDF here.
