I was just telling my wife about that last night. She was surprised she has to drive places because she’s used to the NY subway… I mean, yeah, welcome to 99% of the country. Her saying that the party scene isn’t downtown and you have to go to “a different neighborhood, like Glenwood South” cracked me up… That is downtown dummy!
But she lost all credibility with the closing sentence:
"it’s a bummer to look at the skyline and see it full of cranes. "

It’s telling when you have the local news reporting tips for residents to be safe when these federal agents come to town. If they aren’t here to promote safety then why are they here? Food for thought if you are neutral or support this maneuver or the individuals commanding this maneuver, which i doubt includes many that frequent this forum.
