From the N&O article the other day, it sounded like one would be in PNCA, and the other would be in the new development around PNCA.
This should do the world of MLS some good:

TLDR, Messi is going to Inter Miami, not FC Barcelona as most had expected.
Itās a lucrative pre-retirement move for a player whose best days are behind him (outside of that last glorious burst in Qatar), but itāll definitely dramatically boost ticket sales around the league. Hopefully itāll result in lasting interest vs. what happened with Pele and the NASL.
Celebrities are increasingly drawn to Miami. Like the others, heās coming to live, play, and be in the 365 day Summer.
A friend just told me that Inter Miami now has the most followers on instagram out of all US Sports Teams, which is crazy and a testament to how much the world loves Messi.
Edit: apparently the most followers is fake news. LA lakers have that by a long shot. Just looked it up and Inter Miami has more than the cowboys and Patriots
Just like when Beckham came over in '07, I imagine everywhere Inter Miami plays for the rest of the season once he joins up will be a sell out. Charlotte FC already announced theyād open up the entire BofA for their home game against them in late October.
I saw this article floating around yesterday and it just blew my mind.
Yeah Iām gonna catch a game.
I see a $50M waterfront home or penthouse condo in his future.
Yeah thinking of taking my son. Heās a huge soccer fan.
As much as I bitter about this team this is an exception to go. I donāt want to go further on MLS because Iāve been told Iām a broken record.
How TF does The Pit still get ALL the tourists???
Agree, I donāt get the appeal of the Pit. Walk or better off drive an extra block to Sam Jones. Good free street parking over there.
Itās the only barbecue place in the part of downtown most travelers go. From the convention center and hotels, walking across the tracks to Sam Jones feels a lot sketchier if you donāt know the area
Theyāre still cashing in on the Bobby Flay episode on the Food Network from years ago.
I feel like Man vs Food came through there years ago and did a bit on it too.
Good PR, good SEO, good digital marketing, good location.
They rank #1 on Google for āBest bbq Raleighā, theyāre #1 on TripAdvisor, the first 6/7 ābestā Raleigh bbq spots articles rank them in their ābestā bbq spots.
I believe those are the current facilities that NC currently has that fall within the rules of where these can be placedā¦
Looking at the rules/definitions of the actual bill, itās as if they wrote these with specific facilities in mind.
Well, all except #1.
How did that get in there?
Its because people who donāt know any better just default to The Pit as the #1 recommendation.
Re: the sportsbook conversation - I walked by the BetMGM one at CapitalOne Arena in DC a few times over the weekend since itās in the middle of the museum district. Itās a nice space, but it just made me sad. People who clearly shouldnāt be spending their money on this stuff aimlessly hanging around with with betting slips in their hand outside. Depressing.
With NWSL get included in sports betting and Downtown South Steve Malik should have the revenue to build a stadium or at least get investors for MLB.
