They’re just asking for a couple hundred grand to get Carter Finley ready for an outdoor game should they be awarded one.
Temp actually has very little to do with ice conditions. It’s all about direct sunlight and humidity.
You guys do know that you can just open a private browsing window (safari) or incognito window (Chrome) and you can view any N&O article, right?

When I try it works for maybe a second and then says I don’t have any articles left. This happens on incognito mode.
City Council is in session today & tomorrow for their annual retreat at the Raleigh Convention Center. This afternoon they will tour The DowntownSouth Project area . Both days are schedule for a full day .

Downtown South is weak I’ve given up hope for it really cause there no MLS now if Malik was serious and not trying to insult him but if he was more competitive even with competition from Tepper instead of being weak and giving maybe we wouldn’t be in this situation, but it is what it’s is, still fighting for Raleigh baseball I wanna be an investor in that.

App. four years ago they were going to Wilmington & a snow storm canceled their trip . Three years ago , they went to Charlotte & the last two years was in Raleigh . Durant Park & RCC .

What part of retreat implies it can’t be local?
Retreat usually implies movement longer than a couple city blocks.

Idk, we call rooms in houses “retreats”.
Maybe those that have houses with East and West wings, I don’t know. I could start calling the bathroom “my retreat”, but I’m pretty sure my son would just roll his eyes with scorn.
