Maybe someone like @orulz or @dbearhugnc could explain this better than I could, but it sounds like the current holdup is more bureaucratic than anything else? There’s probably a really complicated web of contracts, regulations, liability waivers etc. that need to be checked off in time -assuming the FTA replies quickly enough so that a formal check-in in June can actually happen.
