Hayes Barton Baptist really pokes through the tree line.
I see water tower but then here are other buildings, maybe just look big cause setting on high ground

Look at my post from Friday. Download and zoom in. I donât think there is much between The steeple and the Renaissance Hotel.
Six Forks Station Shopping Center
I think that putting utilities underground is part of the Peace St. streetscape plan.
Wow, look at that NH grow, whoooo!
Good point, you have these nice new beautiful buildings and then you see the light pole with the gangster lean and saggy lines. Then there are trees next to them and all of us in this area of Raleigh know what that means, lots of hours by the light of the phone.
You need some Christmas
lights on that wall.
I need bigger lasers!
The budget was limited.

It really bothers me how the top line of the deck isnât level.
Thatâs my primary concern with it as well.

What a beautiful blank canvas! lol
Whenâs the SmoHo1 deck going to get painted? Looks like theyâre saving it for last.
Itâs getting a metal mesh face.
Nah, thatâs the Forum office park.
Once that last level of concrete is poured, this row of apartments (The Line) is going to go up fast! Thereâs a concrete pump working as Iâm walking by.
Wow, they could actually add some color to that metal mesh facing and it would go a long wayâŚlol

Apparently Glenwood South is trying out your blank wall projection idea tomorrow night. From their Facebook event:
Southern Charred will provide appetizers and have specialty drinks available at 6:00pm. The new projection art will begin at 7:00 on the Gramercy. Come on out for the Premier Party for this exciting event as we light up Glenwood South!
Haha. It wasnât my idea but came up a few weeks ago when I was talking about the idea for our SmoHo garage and they mentioned they were doing that on the Gramercy.
