Yeah, and we’re ten years too late for 90210
Mine the 12th, I guess I could do that.
So much for Raleigh’s newest nightclub.
well played my friend, well played.
And for those in the guessing game of the Publix opening …
I was able to see inside tonight. While I don’t have any idea what it takes to build out a grocery store, I will tell you it has a LONG way to go.
It took a year for the publix on Leesville road to open after the structure seemed done, so…
I got a response from my email to Publix and they said while there’s many things that can affect the timing, they’re currently aiming for end of August. So this fall if we’re lucky lol
My 8/20 date is looking pretty good!
You’re a dreamer. I might push mine back to Halloween lol!
You buy your pumpkin there, I’ll enjoy my Labor Day there!
Well, Imma gonna fold my cards now. No way that I win with my June date.
We will meet you there on 8/20 for beers…on you.
8/22 brah
Grabbed the Friday shot before the rain. Today followed by a long time ago. Things to note:
- I was wrong about part of the link apartments topping out last week. They are working on the fifth wooden floor now.
- Work continues on capital and the Peace street bridge.
- While you can’t tell from my pics, They have planted a number of vines and wire for them to grow up on in front of the entrance ramp to the residential parking deck on phase 1. Translation: Green Wall.
- Making progress on the office building.
- I think the additional crane that was on site earlier this week is gone. Or, it may be hiding behind the office building but I don’t think so.
Progress hard to see from the outside at this point in development.
Did the mystery crane lift the AC coolers to top of parking deck?
I’m thinking either that and/or maybe infrastructure to the roof of the commercial building?
You are probably right. @OakCityDylan I don’t see any mechanicals up there yet. But that white crane was much taller than they would have needed for the AC chillers.
Wait Wait I think I spotted it, between office building (south end) and new parking deck.
