He was always going through with the never ending N. Hills expansion, so I don’t think one is being put ahead of the other. I’m hoping we see more details of potential Phase 3 before the end of the year, as Phase 2 finishes up!

Can’t recall if anyone has put this out there yet. This is a really nice tour that goes back to the history of Smoky Hollow, and takes us through til today as SH phase 2 nears completion.
*It’s a long video, but a nice watch while eating lunch or dinner.

I stand here looking at The Hollow thinking back to what used to be in this general space. What a major upgrade for Raleigh this project will be once completed.
