I have no idea. It is a city project so that may be part of the problem.

Socially distanced artwork panels. Each one is going to be 6 miles from the next.

I don’t think the lighting will fit. Looks like they had to remove lights where the panels that are up have been installed. I’m probably wrong though…

Indeed. If you scroll back there is a discussion about the artist on the west coast, each panel being bespoke, etc. I got an answer for why so long, but I can’t say I was impressed.

Since Kane is going through with the north hills expansion, I’m guessing phase 3 won’t come until later this year or early next year. Hopefully the massing changes to 450-500ft by then
