Has there been any talk on what is going up on corner of Lane and Dawson? I know this isn’t exactly in the Smoky Hollow location. Just curious.
The OTF in Morrisville has a cycle option for those who request it (there’s only one in the studio, however). Maybe it’s only select gyms? Either way, I would support a downtown OTF. I love the idea of going to the gym then getting a tasty snack/drink shortly after at one of my favorite downtown places as a form of motivation (counterintuitive, I know, but ). Smoky Hollow is a great hub for access to things downtown, IMO. As retailers (maybe gyms?) are able to move in on the ground floor of The Line, that could be a nice motivator for other reasons to come downtown more often.
Wade Ave / Capital Blvd bridge artwork is starting to go up. It was lit up last night too - should’ve got a picture of that too.
The artwork along the Peace St bridge was also being completed today. Looks like they are adding the medallion artwork as well. I think lighting will be added to accent these at night also.
Looks nice and I look forward to seeing it illuminated at night.

I hope they add “Smoky Hollow” above the leasing office side of the building, like in the renderings. It would be great for the branding of the Smoky Hollow neighborhood. Would face directly onto Glenwood.

Isn’t Clancy & Theys supposed to be taking up a few of the floors in the new SH office building? (Thus vacating their location near RUS for Kane to work his magic there)
That was the pre-COVID plan. I’ve since heard nobody is moving into that commercial building for some time.
i was also thinking about the retail space. there’s a LOT of it. It would look really bad to have this huge new shiny development, and 90% of the spaces were unoccupied But Kane has earned the benefit of the doubt IMO so i’m trying to be optimistic lol.
