Don’t look now but the floor is going up on the corner of Davie and McDowell. As I’ve said before, the first floor on the corner is an atrium so the top is going on slower than the other floors
Do we have any idea yet if this will be steel beams above this initial 1st floor/atrium or concrete with rebar the entire way? Obviously steel going forward would speed this up.

That is the ceiling for the 2nd floor. That entrance lobby is two stories tall. Behind the lobby is a 1st and 2nd floor. So they just might finish a year or two sooner…
I’d imagine that picture encompasses the hardest part of this project and going forward the speed will be faster…
